PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) describes the relationship between Innovair Medical Limited (“Innovair”, “we”, or “us”), the products and services operated by Innovair through the Remologie https://shop.remologie.ca/ website (collectively, such services, “Remologie”), and the users of Remologie (“you” or “your”). The policy describes matters with respect to information including personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”) and other information that is collected from users of Remologie.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. It applies to all interactions you have with Innovair and through Remologie.

1. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Innovair collects Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you contact Innovair with inquiries, register yourself for access to Remologie, or order products and equipment through Remologie. The type of information we may collect from you includes, for example, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information to facilitate payment and other information you choose to provide. We may also collect personal information where we have a legal duty or right to do so including prescription information for CPAP machines and supplies and the name and contact details of your physician.

2. Wherever Innovair collects Personal Data we make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy Policy. By voluntarily providing Innovair with Personal Data, you are consenting to Innovair’s use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

3. If you provide Innovair with Personal Data, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of Innovair and the authorized third parties (including services providers) referred to herein located in Canada for processing and storage purposes.

4. We receive some other information automatically when you use Innovair. This includes data about your device, software, operating system, your IP address, and the date and time of each request you make to Innovair. This anonymous technical information is not linked with personally identifiable information without your consent.

5. We collect information about how you view and interact with content through Remologie and on third-party sites connected to Remologie or Innovair’s other products and services.

In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve users, Innovair often conducts research on user demographics, interests, and behaviour based on the Personal Data and other information provided to Innovair. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis, and Innovair may share this aggregate data with its affiliates and agents. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. Innovair may also disclose aggregated user statistics as permitted by applicable laws.

7. Innovair may collect and use your location information (for example, by using the location services on your mobile device) to provide certain functionality of Remologie. Your location information is not made available to other users without your express permission. Innovair may also use your location information in an aggregate way, as described above in the preceding section.

1. If you provide Personal Data for a certain reason, Innovair may use the Personal Data in connection with the reason for which it was provided. For instance, if you contact Innovair by email, Innovair will use the Personal Data you provide to answer your question or resolve your problem. Also, if you provide Personal Data in order to obtain access to Remologie, Innovair will use your Personal Data to provide you with such access, to monitor your use of such Remologie and to facilitate the delivery of Remologie services and products.

2. We use your information to keep Remologie running, better understand how you use our service, customize your experience (including the content and marketing materials you see), prevent abuse, and improve Innovair’s products and services.

3. We share your personally identifiable information only under these circumstances:

To our affiliates or third parties helping us offer and improve our service, such as those providing Innovair with payment processing services, shipping and delivery of products and equipment and certain technical tools and analytics services (including marketing partners) that help us understand how people use Innovair so we can make it better. 1. We use cookies and HTML5 local storage to help us create your session, know when you’re logged in, keep you logged in for your convenience, and help us remember certain information about how you interact with Innovair.

2. Most browsers give you the option to turn off cookies and HTML5 local storage, or require your approval before using them to keep information. If you choose not to keep information in cookies or HTML5 local storage, though, portions of Innovair may not work as intended.

Some third-party websites and services that Innovair partners with or connects with through Innovair’s products and services may use cookies, web beacons, or other technologies to keep track of your Internet activity. Please note that this Privacy Policy explains Innovair’s policies only, and does not cover the practices of other services. For example, the following cookies may be relevant depending on how you use Innovair:

4. If you would like to delete your Innovair account, you can do so by going to your profile setting page and clicking on [Delete My Account Button]. If we delete your account, your user profile will no longer be visible on our service, though we may still keep some log information in non-personally identifiable form and any other information you have made publicly available through Innovair (comments to content, for example)

1. As Innovair continues to develop, we may decide to revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will govern our use of your information, and older versions are available upon request. If we make changes that we think will substantially alter your rights, we will notify you by posting a notice on our website.

2. Please review this policy periodically, and especially before you provide any Personal Data. This Privacy Policy was last updated on the date indicated below.

3. Your continued use of Remologie after any changes or revisions to this Privacy Policy shall indicate your agreement with the terms of such revised Privacy Policy.

However, we reserve the right to charge such costs on a case by case basis in accordance with applicable laws. You will be notified in advance if charges apply.
