Get Started With Home Sleep Testing

A sleep referral is the best first step for you or a loved one who’s showing signs of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). Fill out the form below to start the process.

Sleep Apnea Treatment

After your doctor has faxed us your sleep referral form, we’ll send a sleep test straight to your home. Your kit will include all the devices, instructions and videos you need to properly complete the test. Once that’s complete, you’ll send the device back, and your results will be reviewed by a sleep physician and qualified sleep therapist. We’ll work with you and your doctor to create a treatment plan, including prescriptions, and will contact you to discuss your next steps.

Equipment and Instructions

We will deliver your CPAP equipment right to your door, along with educational materials and an appointment with a sleep therapist to help you get started. We’ll take you through the equipment — including how to use, common troubleshooting, and care and maintenance along the way — and answer any questions you may have.

Mask Fitting

A Medigas sleep therapist will get in touch to help determine the right mask for you. We may set up an in-person fitting, or send you the tools to determine your perfect mask fit and size. At every step, our experts will be there to answer your questions and guide you through the process.

Breath Easy

Our dedicated experts will support you every step of the way, monitoring your progress remotely during the CPAP device trial period and informing you of relevant data upon request. This enables us to adjust your treatment plan for maximum comfort and effectiveness — and empowers you to see visible results.
